A Family of Four

We are starting to adapt to being a fam of four. This means we are exiting survival mode and entering transitional mode- where we and focus on being intentional parents and change our family systems.

We are learning a lot, and there is so much more to learn, about being parents to a toddler. But, it’s rewarding to watch Eddie become a little boy. Eddie loves dada and playing with him. Mama is less cool, but she gives good hugs after bonked heads and tears. He’s had 4 bad bonks this month, as you can see by his bruised forehead.

Hansen is more alert and awake now that he’s a month old. He’s got lots of baby acne. He loves to be close to mom, but dad can put him to sleep with a blanket and walking around.

We are excited for a summer together!
